Business Assistant

Provides administrative and operational support across multiple business functions Coordinates schedules, assists with documentation, and collaborates with various teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate meetings, taking notes and following up on action items
  • Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and basic financial tracking
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the team
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to organize events, training sessions, or project deadlines
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of administrative or business support experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced or tech-focused environment
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
  • Prior experience supporting C-level executives
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or budget tracking
