Business Assistant
Provides administrative and operational support across multiple business functions Coordinates schedules, assists with documentation, and collaborates with various teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, taking notes and following up on action items
- Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and basic financial tracking
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the team
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to organize events, training sessions, or project deadlines
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of administrative or business support experience
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced or tech-focused environment
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
- Prior experience supporting C-level executives
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or budget tracking
