Project Manager
Coordinates cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget Responsible for defining project scope, overseeing resources, and maintaining stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Define project objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and coordinate procurement of necessary resources
- Monitor project progress against schedules, adjusting plans as needed to address issues
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate key concerns to senior leadership
- Facilitate clear communication between technical, operational, and business teams
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, updated, and well-organized
- Deliver status reports, milestones, and performance metrics to stakeholders and sponsors
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on project management experience
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or Jira)
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PMP/PRINCE2 certification
- Experience working in technology or fast-paced startup environments
- Familiarity with resource-based or AI-driven project scopes
- Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, and vendor management processes
