Responsibilities
- Create and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals
- Oversee day-to-day operations across major social channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns to expand reach and engagement
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Monitor industry trends and platform updates to optimize content and targeting
- Engage with online communities, responding to comments and inquiries promptly
- Mentor junior social media staff, providing guidance on best practices and campaign optimization
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite)
- Proven track record of creating successful social campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
