Senior Operational Manager
Oversees day-to-day operations, streamlines processes for efficiency, and leads cross-functional teams to meet strategic business objectives Ensures organizational compliance, manages resources, and drives continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational policies, standards, and procedures
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost-optimization strategies
- Collaborate with department heads to align operations with overall company goals
- Identify process bottlenecks and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate operational teams, setting performance metrics and objectives
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and corporate guidelines
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to forecast needs and inform decision-making
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive risk management
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in operations management or similar leadership roles
- Proven track record of process improvement and project management
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and resource-allocation capabilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree (MBA) or specialized certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma)
- Experience with AI, tech, or resource-based operational models
