Senior Program Manager

Oversees strategic programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timely delivery, and optimal resource utilization Collaborates cross-functionally to drive stakeholder engagement, manage risks, and maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the scope, objectives, and success metrics for multiple programs
  • Develop and monitor master program schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among engineering, operations, and business teams
  • Identify and mitigate risks through proactive assessment and contingency planning
  • Regularly report on program status, milestones, and KPIs to executive stakeholders
  • Lead change management initiatives, guiding teams through evolving priorities
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance, regulatory guidelines, and best practices
  • Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in program or project management with demonstrated leadership
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Lean)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical abilities for budgeting and resource allocation
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs successfully
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (MBA or relevant technical discipline)
  • Professional certifications (PMP, PgMP, or similar)
