MOZGII is a platform for people to publish their own work. This page sets out who owns what, how to tell us that something on MOZGII infringes your rights, and what we do when you tell us.

What MOZGII owns

The MOZGII and MOZG names, the wordmark, the interface, the software and everything we publish ourselves belong to MOZGII, Inc. Copyright © 2026 MOZGII, Inc. All rights reserved. Nothing on this page grants a licence to use them.

What you own

You keep ownership of everything you post — your listings, images, text, files and profile. By publishing on MOZGII you give us the permission we need to host it, show it to the people you published it for, and display it where the platform surfaces it. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must keep a copy to meet a legal obligation.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish. Do not upload work that belongs to somebody else unless they have allowed it.

Reporting content that infringes your rights

Write to contact@mozgii.com with "Copyright" in the subject line. So that we can act without asking you twice, include all of the following.

Your name, postal address and email address. A description of the work you own. The address of the page on MOZGII where the material appears — a link, not a description. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. Your signature, typed or written.

An incomplete notice slows everything down, and a notice sent in bad faith can carry legal consequences for the sender.

What we do next

We review every notice. Where a claim is properly made we remove or disable access to the material and tell the person who published it, passing on your notice so they can respond. We do not decide who owns a work — that is for the parties or a court — but we do act on notices we receive.

If your content was removed and you disagree

Write to contact@mozgii.com with "Counter-notice" in the subject line. Include the material that was removed and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and email, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live. We pass a counter-notice to the person who reported the content.

Accounts that infringe repeatedly

We close the accounts of people who infringe repeatedly. That is a policy, not a threat: a platform that hosts other people's work cannot let one person keep taking somebody else's.

Trademarks

For a trademark complaint rather than a copyright one, write to contact@mozgii.com with "Trademark" in the subject line, and include your registration and the page where the mark appears.
