Delete your data

Last modified: September 8, 2026

You do not have to close your MOZGII account to remove things from it. Everything below can be deleted on its own, from the MOZGII app or from the website, and the account carries on working. If you want the whole account erased instead, that is a different page: mozgii.com/account-deletion.

What you can delete, and where

Listings — open the listing from your profile or from the section it belongs to (services, jobs, tasks, market or digital), then choose Delete. Each listing goes immediately, together with its entry in our search index, so it stops appearing in results at the same moment.

Chat history — open the chat list, then delete a single conversation, or choose Delete all conversations to remove the whole history at once.

Resume, skills, work history and education — open Settings, then Resume or Skills, and delete the whole resume or any individual entry.

Profile photo, biography, date of birth, gender, country, language and contact details — open Settings, then Account, and clear or delete each field.

Saved people and addresses — open the saved person or the address and choose Remove.

Devices — open Settings, then Devices, and remove any device you no longer use.

How to ask us instead

If you would rather we did it, or you cannot reach a screen, write to contact@mozgii.com from the email address on your account, name what you want removed, and we will do it and confirm.

What happens when you delete something

It is deleted at the moment you press delete, not queued for later, and it is not recoverable. Anything that was published stops being visible and stops being searchable in the same action, because the search entry is removed with the listing rather than after it.

What we keep, and for how long

Invoices and the record of which plan you were on stay, even after everything else is gone, because tax and accounting law requires a business to keep its financial records for a set number of years. They carry an internal identifier rather than the content of anything you deleted.

Our records of AI conversations contain no account identifier at all — they never did — so nothing in them is linked to you, and deleting a conversation from your history removes the copy that is.

Deleting the whole account

If you want everything gone rather than one part of it, go to mozgii.com/account-deletion. That page explains the 30-day period you get to change your mind and exactly what an erasure removes and keeps.
