Child safety standards

MOZGII has no tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. This page sets out what we prohibit, how to report it to us, what we do when we receive a report, and who to contact. It applies to the MOZGII app and to every MOZGII website.

MOZGII is for adults

MOZGII is intended for people aged 18 and over. It is a marketplace where adults offer services, post jobs and tasks, and sell goods, and we do not permit anyone under 18 to hold an account. Where a store lets us do so, we ask it to prevent users it identifies as minors from downloading the app.

What is prohibited

Any content or conduct involving child sexual abuse or exploitation is prohibited without exception. That includes child sexual abuse material; sexualised depictions of anyone under 18, whether photographed, drawn or generated; the sexualisation of a real child in text; grooming, solicitation or any attempt to arrange sexual contact with a minor; and offering, requesting or advertising any of it, including through a listing, a profile, a photograph or a link to somewhere else.

Our Terms of Use already forbid obscene and pornographic content across the whole service. This page states the specific rule that sits behind it, and the rule holds regardless of how the content was made, including anything produced by an AI tool.

How to report

Write to contact@mozgii.com. Tell us where you saw it — the listing, the profile handle, or a link — and anything else that helps us find it. You do not need a MOZGII account to report something, and you can report anonymously.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first. In the United States you can also report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org; elsewhere, your national hotline or law enforcement agency.

What we do when we receive a report

A person reviews every report we receive. Where we find prohibited content we remove it, terminate the account behind it and preserve the material and the account records as evidence rather than deleting them, so that they are available to the authorities.

We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to the relevant national authorities, as the law requires of us, and we cooperate with their requests. An account terminated on these grounds is not reinstated.

What reduces the risk here

MOZGII has no private messaging. Members cannot send each other messages, images or files — the app has no such feature and no plans for one — so the private channel that abuse usually depends on does not exist. Everything a member publishes is a public listing or a public profile that anyone, including us, can see and report.

Every account is tied to a verified email address and has to pass a human-verification check before it can be used, which makes disposable accounts harder to create in volume.

contact@mozgii.com reaches the person responsible for child safety at MOZGII, including on questions about our prevention practices and our compliance. We answer reports and enquiries from parents, guardians, researchers, platforms and authorities alike.
